Upon receipt of your cleared payment, all items will be mailed via USPS within two business days. (Custom orders will take longer to create) I mail USPS First Class domestic and international. If you require your order to be shipped faster, please convo me prior to purchase and I will quote you a price for Express or Priority shipping.

INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: I ship 1st class to keep the shipping costs down. There is an option at checkout to upgrade to Priority Shipping for an additional cost. I purchase insurance for international orders but cannot file a claim unless the item has been delayed for 45 days or longer. I cannot control customs or delivery times in other countries and unfortunately packages are sometimes delayed in Customs. I appreciate everyone's patience in receiving their international orders being shipped 1st class so that I can keep your shipping costs reasonable.

Import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. These charges are the buyer's responsibility. Please check with your country's customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

These charges are normally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) company or when you pick the item up – do not confuse them for additional shipping charges.

Due to the problems I've had shipping to Italy and Germany, I will no longer ship to those countries. I am very sorry, but any orders shipping to Italy or Germany will be refunded and canceled. Thank you for understanding.

What you MAY do

* Print the designs to create pendants, gift tags, scrapbooking, gifts, greeting cards, jewelry, scrabble tile pendants, etc
* This file is yours and can be printed multiple times.
* Sell your creations with these images, but not the images themselves!

What you MAY NOT do

* You cannot take my designs, or any part of them and incorporate them into your own designs or place them into your own collage for resale.
* You may not mass reproduce, mass copy, and redistribute these designs either digitally or in print.
* You may not resell these digital collages.
