The color on this vintage Hull pottery pheasant planter will dazzle you! It depicts a pink, green, and yellow pheasant in grass beside a yellow flower with a pink center. This is a truly spectacular and collectible piece from 1961, glazed in the spray-painted style of the 30s to the early 60s. I'm very pleased to show it to you here at CandyAppleCrafts.

I believe this piece would brighten any room, and I find it inspiring for my crafts. It certainly looked cheerful in my house when I brought it home, as if spring had visited early! Use it as an accent piece in your brightly-colored decor, decorate a bookshelf or mantel, or put it to good use as a planter for succulents or other exotic house plants.

Dimensions:
7 1/2 in. L x 6 in. T x 3 1/2 in. W (U.S.)
19 cm. L x 15 cm T x 9 cm W (Metric)

This item weighs 1 lb. 11.4 oz. (778 gm), without packaging.

This piece has no chips, cracks, or scratches, except for some mild abrasion on the bottom from resting on surfaces. There is a pink smudge in the glaze on the back edge of the opening, which happened at the factory. It was made to be a planter, and the previous owner did use it as one. There is some mild staining from potting soil inside the planter from years of watering. I have done my best to thoroughly clean it, so now it can be used for anything, including as a pencil holder, or just displayed for the beauty of the thing.

I will ship this domestic standard post (3-9 days, usually) with tracking and insurance, or first class international (approximately 10-14 days). This is the most economical for the weight of the item.

If you have any more questions, please don't hesitate to contact me. I try to respond quickly. Thank you for visiting! I welcome you to explore the rest of my store while you're here.
