I am pleased to offer this 1940's flocked taffeta from my costume shop. I saved it forever because it was so unusual. I have a 1940's evening dress with a pink flower flocked print on black taffeta and a black velvet top, which is very similar feeling. It has that crisp hand and makes a wonderful swishing sound when worn. This is a very pale pink- almost flesh toned color with black velvety flocking in wild swirls. I have 5 yards of it and it is 46" wide. I hate to cut it but if I haven't used it in 20 years, well, it goes to you. Great as a ballgown, prom dress, art project or whatever. When I bought the shop I bought a lot of the previous owner's old store stock and he'd been in business since the 1940's. No condition issues I can see- it's been rolled up on a tube since I bought it. Priced by the yard, I will happily sell you multiple yards in one continuous piece. Thanks for looking!
