1950's North Electric Model 7H6 “Galion” Phone. Nicknamed "Galion" because they were made in Galion, OH.

This model has so much character! I love the wider Bakelite body with slanted sides in that great art deco style, as well as the vents in the back. The white dial looks clean and beautiful and still has crisp clear numbers. The finger-wheel turns beautifully as well.

This phone is not in working order. I believe it needs a new part in the earpiece, as the only time I can get a dial tone is when Im slowly adjusting or turning that connection. If you are interested, I can show you were you can buy them, or refer you to someone who does repair these phones. I do absolutely believe its repairable though. The body, dial, receiver and inside components are all in great shape, and the original brown cloth cord looks great too.

** I do need to mention that it came from a smoking home. Ive aired it out pretty well, but you can still catch the smell if you get close.

Please let me know if you would like any more info on this amazing phone!

NOTE: IF YOU HAVE VOIP OR DIGITAL TELEPHONE SERVICE, FIRST CHECK WITH YOUR PROVIDER TO SEE IF A TOUCH TONE PHONE WILL WORK ON YOUR LINE.
