This is a stunning one-of-a-kind set! It is a hand painted, artist signed porcelain 5 pc. teapot set with the markings of Bareuther, Bavaria, Germany,1961.

The pattern is a cluster of pink flowers with softly painted green and pink leaves against a muted light green background. Each piece is painted a lovely muted soft green that is somewhere between mint and sage in color. It blends into a light airy pink in some areas. The handles, scalloped rims, spout and knobs are all a gilded gold. It is truly a beautiful and very unique set and in excellent conditon. No scratches, cracks, nicks or repairs. The gold is as gorgeous as when it was first painted. This teapot set is definitely a show stopper!

The teapot measures 8" High to the top of the knob and 8" Wide from outside handle to spout. The creamer measures 3 3/4" H and 4 3/4" W from spout to handle.
The sugar bowl measures 3 3/4" H to top of knob and 5 1/2" W from outside handle to outside handle.

The teapot was made sometime between 1931 and 1950 and may have been painted or gilded in 1961. The creamer and sugar bowl do not have the markings but are also signed by the artist.

This teapot set will be wrapped in tissue and bubble wrap and placed in a styrofoam lined box then filled in with packing peanuts.
