This beautiful blouse is so stunning and classy, and I just love professional vintage fashion. Neck tie blouses are some of my favorites, this beauty will look great with your favorite skirt or suit.

As some of you may know, the US postal service is raising their prices, so I have adjusted my shipping prices to compensate. Please keep in mind that as a store policy I refund the difference if I overestimate the cost of shipping 

I know at times it can be nerve wracking to buy something online without the benefit of trying it on, but taking some simple quick measurements will aid you in buying some wonderful items that you can only find on the online market like etsy! Enjoy

Here are some suggestions find out if the fit is right: Take pieces from your own wardrobe that fit you well and lay them down flat and take the following measurements as needed:
Bust: from armpit to armpit
Waist: smallest point at the middle (at the top for skirts)
Hips: largest point at the middle
Hemline: the lowest edge of the piece (mostly for sweaters and blouses which have no discernible waist)
Now double the numbers and compare them to what is listed. I recommend having these measurements on hand while you shop
