This heavy silver bracelet is one of the classics produced by William Spratling of Taxco, Mexico during the 1940's. It is marked Spratling Silver in an oval, and also with his conjoined WS in a circle that says Spratling Made in Mexico around the outside. This bracelet is in very good condition, especially considering that it's about 70 years old, and it has a sturdy safety chain that also holds the pin that is used to fasten the piece on your wrist.

This bracelet, with its incredible pre-Columbian design, is 3/4 of an inch wide and has an inside measurement of 6 1/2 inches when it's clasped. It is very well-made and solid, with hidden hinges, and it weighs a hefty 97 grams. You will know you are wearing it, and so will other people, who could not help but notice this piece of art made of silver. This is one of those rare items that is an investment, an heirloom, and also something that you can wear and enjoy!
