Who's afraid of the big bad witch?! This wooden German smoker brings the Hansel and Gretel Fairytale to life in a precious way. The piece was handcarved and handpainted. It was purchased in 1975 in the Black Forest of Germany. You will find Hansel, Gretel and the Witch (who doesn't look very wicked) standing outside of a perfectly painted little gingerbread house. Put an incense triangle inside, light it, and you'll have delightfully smelling smoke coming out of the little chimney. I wonder if they make gingerbread incense? That would be perfect! This is a true collector piece and quite rare. It is signed on the bottom "Made in German Democratic Republic". It is in good vintage condition. It measures 4 1/2" tall x 3" wide with a 3 3/4" depth.
