Inspired by the colors of the pastel gingerbread architecture of Aruba in the Caribbean. This unique yarn is made from 5 strands of different yarns spun together. All of the yarns are upcycled from unraveled sweaters. I washed the sweaters and took them apart to get some really cool yarns. There is also a strand of metallic white slubbed thread. The yarns are different blends of cotton, wool, synthetic and angora.

Because some the yarns are from unraveled sweaters, they have some curl to them. However when I spun them all together, a lot of the curl gets eliminated. But the texture is quite unique. Please note that there are a couple of knots in the yarn due to the nature of the original sources.

This ecofriendly yarn is a palette of aqua, cream, lemon, light chartreuse, peach and coral.
you get 69 yards and it weighs approximately 6.1 ounces/172 grams.
It's a very bulky weight yarn, recommended needle size is US 15 and up for knitting and size P hook and up for crochet.

pictured is a sample of a similar yarn knit up on size 15 US needles.
