VINYL:
I use Oracal 631 Vinyl that uses a removable adhesive, the mfg has done some research and this vinyl May not stick to the ZERO VOC or VOC free paint, Paint and Primer in One, or any paints that contain Teflon or something that makes it "stain resistant" If you have one of these paints you may be able to apply a finish coat (same sheen, and test before covering the wall) that would all the decal to stick.If you think you may have one of these paints Please message me and request a test decal so you can try it before you purchase. Love it! We do have low VO2 paint on the walls (which in your description warns that it may not work), so it did take a little bit of extra time, but it looks great!
