I'm just assuming this held some sort of strong drink, like whiskey or rum. This is a ceramic chippy hobo clown decanter that, in spite of wear, still maintains its charm. The clown's hat has a cork stopper to seal the decanter. He's perched on a barrel with 4 baby blue hooks that once held mini ceramic beer mugs. The mugs are long gone, but the clown is still around, and he's cheap! I think this decanter dates to the 1950's or 1960's - or at least it looks like it's seen better days.

Measures 9"H x 3 1/4"W x 3"W. This has paint has chipped or rubbed off, and there's a chip in the paint and ceramic on the top of the hat.
