Antique series of 5 Physical Wall maps by J. Paul Goode and Rand McNally Co. "Compiled from the Latest and Most Authentic Surveys" with copyright dates ranging from 1895 to 1908. Although some maps display political borders as late as 1918. Vibrantly colored to project elevations, Cities, Countries, Marshes, Canals, Rivers, Isotherms and Ocean Currents. A fascinating glimspe of an early 1900's world in grand scale with most maps 64in. wide by 45in. long and the maps of Africa and South America measuring 46in. wide by approximately 60in long. The maps are labeled with charming metal tags identifying each respective continent.

The maps are spring loaded on metal rods and are stored in an oak case that can be closed via an oak roller door. The case is also labeled Rand McNally & Co. Chicago, New York, London.

This set is in beautiful condition with only age consistant wear on the bottom in the form of soiling and some small tears. This is not a complete set as three of the maps are missing.
