This charming necklace is made of paper beads lovingly handcrafted from craft paper and sealed for water resistance.

The paper beads are a dull gold with white pattern. They are complemented by white glass seed beads.

The necklace has a hand formed sterling silver hook for closure.

My jewelry making process is incredibly time consuming and tedious, however, the final result always makes me smile. I hope it brings you the same joy :)

MEASUREMENTS
The longest paper bead is 1.5 inches (3.8 cm) and the smallest is 0.5 inch (1.2 cm) long.
The necklace measures 20 inches (51 cm) long.

This necklace is as described and pictured. I think the gold is elegant in a simple way and I appreciate the delicacy in the handiwork. Devi was very prompt and responsive with messages. The necklace is very lightweight, I barely feel it when I wear it. However, the clasp isn't very secure and has come loose several times. 4.5 stars. Update: My worst fears were realized today- the necklace fell off and I didn’t realize until I got home. 😭😭😭 Most upsetting since the necklace costs a pretty penny, before the expedited shipping charge. ☹️☹️ Update: necklace found! 🥲👏☀️ It came undone by the seatbelt and fell in the crack by the buckle!! Devi was most gracious and offered to send a replacement even though she’s not obligated to. 10 stars for generosity and sincerity!

The necklace is exactly what I was looking for in a first anniversary present for my wife. That the seller can create something so beautiful (and sturdy) out of paper is amazing. The seller was also extremely communicative and attentive. Highly recommended.
