We ship our frames via FedEx to the continental USA only. Please let me know If you are in need to upgrade your order to Priority or Express shipping. Also, please note that we do not mark that a signature is required for delivery. Therefore FedEx will leave the package without a signature. If that is an issue for your location please advise. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items once FedEx confirms delivery, but we will work with you to file a claim or issue you a partial refund.
The store is not liable for any mishandling of the frames, such as accidents caused by improperly hanging them.
