Fancy Victorian Collapsable Silver Cup. Patented on Feb. 23, 1897. Made in the USA. Cup appears to be metal, top and bottom seem to be silver plated with some silver rubbed off. Maybe a small amount of rust as well, but not bad. Fancy, embossed top. Top is a little tough to get off, but good condition otherwise. Folded up, cup measures about 1" tall (like a powder compact) and 2 1/4" in diameter.
