Made with a 3d printed plastic or resin for the front bow and is closed with elastic.

So so cute!! I'm so happy with my purchase. I got Sailor Moon and Mars. Sizing was accurate for my puppy and the quality is great! Highly recommend if you like to subtly dress up your pups :)
