Early 1920s Industrial explosion proof Copper top Light Fixture by the Benjamin Co. The Benjamin Co. was one of the earliest pioneers in the lighting industry well known for quality and creative design. These fixtures were used in locations where explosive vapors were present. They are hung from black 18/3 SVT cable and one hundred year old stamped steel ceiling canopies refinished to match the copper tops. Very rare and hard to find. Measurements are 4.5" wide and 12" tall with an overall length of 53". They come complete with modern mounting hardware and Edison style bulbs as pictured, ready to install in your home.
