This silver sycamore seed necklace is complemented with a piece of real green sea glass that I collected in Belize. The seed is based on a mould I made of a small sycamore seed that I found in my garden in Edinburgh late 2020. I think the green sea glass provides a beautiful reminder of the green leaves that originally surrounded the seed before autumn arrived. The silver is 99.9% purity fine silver, which is whiter, brighter and harder to tarnish.
Please note that this is from the mould if a real autumnal seed, complete with its natural and beautiful imperfections. The silver is very thin line the real seed and so care must be taken to avoid it being accidentally bent or broken.
