I thought the promised personalization was a disaster. I was promised a hand made carved personalization but what I got was a tacky, cheap looking paper label that was grossly inconsistent with the overall high quality of the pedestal book stand, I am most disappointed in your decision to substitute a label instead of the advertised handmade personalization . I request a refund for the extra money I paid for personalization. It’s only fair since you DID NOT DO what was advertised, Thomas Loftus
