Garnet bracelet, talisman, birthstone January

Gold filled refers to a process
where an outer layer is made of genuine 14-karat (585) gold with
a brass metal core is connected to the gold.

It does not exist. The gold layer is approximately 100 times thicker than in a
usual gold plating (galvanic electroplating).
Gold-filled jewelry is therefore of higher quality than
