Three beautiful antique apothecary jars. Each has a ground glass stopper and is tinged with a purple-ish hue (the intensity of the tinge varies). The stoppers from this type of jar have a tendency to "stick" if left to sit for a long period of time (a little oil on the rim helps deter the condition, as does regular use). A great set to use in the bathroom holding swabs, cotton and makeup brushes.

Condition and sizes are listed below:

Tall: 9" x 2 3/4" in diameter. Some evidence of it's former life in the form of residue in the bottom. Handle of lid is chipped, but I think that adds to the charm of this set. See close-up.

Medium: 6 3/4" x 3" in diameter. I did not notice any flaws.

Smal: 6" x 2" in diameter. I did not notice any flaws.

Price is for all three.
