We are aware that Royal Mail and international postal services are still reporting delays to some of their services, which is out of our control due to the current COVID situation. Some UK postcodes are experiencing more delays than others.(For more info please look up the service updates for your area on Royal Mail) We are therefore asking for all our customers to kindly wait up to 10 business days (UK mainland) & up to 15 business days (Outside of the UK mainland) from your last estimated delivery date to allow your item to be delivered, as we are confident that your order is on its way to you. If after this time your order has not arrived please do contact us.

PLEASE NOTE: If your order has not arrived, we ask for all our customers to get in touch no later than 28 business days from the date of your order's dispatch date. Any queries regarding orders that have not arrived after this time, we will not be able to assist further.
