Returns & exchanges
For returns on pre-made items, we offer a three day window from delivery to have items sent back to receive a refund. If a return is sent back within this time frame all money will be returned via PayPal minus the shipping cost and a 20% restocking fee.
International customers are responsible for all customs and import taxes required by their country.

Shipping policies
Due to PayPal insurance issues, items will only be sent to PayPal verified addresses.
Items are shipped Monday and Thusday of each week and are either shipped via USPS First Class or FedEx home delivery for larger packages. If there is a certain type of shipping you would prefer over another or you would like a fast shipping method please let us know and we would be happy to work it out.
International Orders are sent mainly via USPS First Class international, this method is the most cost effective but only comes with a customs number with no official tracking. We cannot be help responsible for any lost packages (though it almost never happens) If this is a concern, we would be happy to add insurance at an additional cost. Thank you!
