Vintage Hall Philadelphia Cobalt Blue Rare Tea Pot With Creamer and Covered Sugar Circa 1950's. Having grown up outside Philadelphia, I just laughed when I found this tea set on the last day of an estate sale, I figured it was waiting for me.

This is a beautiful set from Hall China produced in the 1950's. The Hall China Company was founded by Robert Hall in 1903, in East Liverpool, Ohio. Hall China in 1910 developed 47 new colors and developed designing and selling decorated tea pots. Hall China sales began to decrease in the 1940's, due to the popularity of increased preference for coffee by the buying public. Hall China is still in business today and continues to make a treasured product.

The Tea Pot measures 8" from the tip of the handle to the tip of the spout, 5 3/4"wide at the widest part and is 6 1/2" tall. The Creamer measures 4 3/4" long, 4" wide,3 1/4" tall. The Covered Sugar measures 6 1/2" long, 5" wide, 4 1/2" tall. There are no chips or cracks, the gold circle design on the sugar bowl is a lighter gold on this piece, it in no way takes away from the beauty of this unique find. The Tea Pot holds 5 1/2' cups of tea or coffee.

This would be a unique gift for the vintage Tea Pot lover in your circle , this is a rare find with all three pieces in excellent condition. A great gift to start a Hall Collection with a Bang! Have fun with this set to the lucky new owner.
