These shipping delays are unfortunately out of our hands. Normally, shipping takes 1-4 days, but that does not include these delays. Sellers are not able to see any other tracking info from what you can see. You can check your tracking number under your account/purchases.

Our files are designed for lots of different types of lasers. The settings are different depending on the type you have and the material you are using.

Our files are designed for use with all different types of lasers, and this will depend on the bed size of your laser, and if you choose to re-size or omit and of the elements of the design.

You will need do any re-sizing in whatever software program you use with your laser. Some of these programs include Inkscape, Lightburn, Silhouette business edition. Each of these programs has the capability to do this, but you will need to have a basic understanding of your program to do any re-sizing.
