This modern birdhouse project is awesome! It is made for any beginner to intermediate woodworker.
I made mine using walnut and ash hardwood, but it can also be built using half-inch plywood.
This is a great project with many woodworking techniques.
The finished size is 16 x 8 x 8.5 inches.

The approximate cost for building the birdhouse as designed with all of the bells & whistles is ~$40 (this will, of course, vary for everyone)

The pattern was a few pages of shapes and dimensions. Not drawn to scale and no instructions. I can figure it out, but for the price, the pattern should have been more detailed.

The drawings are to scale and can be printed to scale using a program like Adobe Reader. The download was nothing more than the parts dimensions. Enough for me in conjunction with the video but no mention of the “portal protector” or other components. I’m ok with what I got but I didn’t consider it a good value
