This ethereal dress is a standout piece, vintage from the late 1960s. The shell layer is a yellow chiffon, with bodice and cuffs embroidered with a floral pattern in yellow, green and white. The body of the dress is fully lined in yellow fabric, and the sleeves are left sheer. The defined bodice and empire waist offer a flattering fit. The embroidery is on a white chiffon fabric lined in opaque white. The sheer fabric of the skirt is gathered at the empire waist, so the skirt is full and flows down to the hem for lovely movement. This formal dress is playful--have fun with it.

The dress is in excellent condition. It is likely 100% polyester, both the shell of chiffon and the lining. It even has a bit of its original tag, from Pacey's, which is the only one in the garment. It may have been made or altered for a specific individual, perhaps a bridesmaid, since the tag is the only label the dress has. It zips up the back. It is a size small and would fit a modern 2-6, depending on the specific measurements.

Measurements (lying flat, double where approrpiate):
Back (across shoulders): 15 1/2 inches
Bust (across front): 17 inches
Waist (across front): 14 1/2 inches
Hips (across front, the lining): 19 inches (the lining is more form fitting that the chiffon)
Length (shoulder to hem): 56 inches
