FABRICS:
Sashing fabric 1.5 yards
90 assorted 1.5" WOF strips OR 15 WOF quarter yards OR 30 fat quarters.
SEWING MACHINE & BASIC QUILTING SUPPLIES: Iron and ironing surface, spray starch for pressing fabrics, pins, scissors, 50 wt. cotton thread for piecing, seam ripper, fabric marking pens or pencil, rotary cutter, acrylic ruler for cutting strips & mat.
SPECIALTY RULERS (Optional):
• 3.5” square up ruler
• 6.5" square up ruler
• 18.5" square up ruler
This is a BEGINNER level quilt, but also a great scrap project for experienced quilters.

The pictures of this quilt led me to purchase it — and thank heavens I did. It turned out to be the most luxurious present for myself that I have ever bought.
