I purchased this file, and had a lot of trouble getting it to cut on my Silhouette, but never reached out, because I thought it was user error! About a week later, I received a message from the shop owner alerting me that the file was corrupt, and that she would send me a new file! Y'all, that's incredible, because she didn't have to do that and I'd have never known! As well, when I realized I gave her the wrong email, she was super quick with a response and to resend it. I favorited her shop and intend to support her, because her integrity was on full display here, and I love it! :)
