We rub their faces, then their hands, and then their faces again. And just when you thought they were clean, it's time to wipe their faces ... again. It's a never ending cycle.
In case you didn't get the memo, washcloths should be on your "things I need when the baby arrives" list. And you will need many of them because the wiping never stops.
And while we frantically rub 'n wipe them, we might want to do it in a safe way by using organic cotton fabric (did you know some non-organic fabrics contain dangerous chemicals?).
And maybe you are sick of "pink & blue" combos. Well, these are far away from gender specific. Heading to a baby shower? These 4 cuties would make a beautiful, unique and useful gift. Or you just might want to stack up for yourself :)

{eco-conscious mama alert}

These 4 buddies are not only terribly cute and super useful, they are made from 100% GOTS certified organic and domestically made fabric.

{top fabric}

I used 4 matching fabrics from the Birch Fabric 100% organic cotton collection. It's a great unisex combo in natural shades of soft grey, taupe, mellow yellow, blue, red, orange, pink, and green. They are full of trees, owls, birds, squirrels and other woodland creatures. Check out the 4th picture.

{bottom fabric}

The part that gets in contact with your child's skin (a lot) is made of lofty, soft and absorbent 100% GOTS certified organic cotton terry in natural. The terry cloth is domestically made. Check out the last picture.

Each washcloth measures about 9.5" x 8" (it's not a geometry contest, so there might be slight differences).
I made them in my pet-free and smoke-free home. I pre-washed all fabrics prior to sewing due to shrinkage.

Children are very cute yet quite messy little creatures – to keep your washcloths clean, wash them in warm water and tumble dry on low heat or hang to dry. If you feel like ironing, do not iron the terry side. Do not bleach.

Colors may slightly vary due to differences in screen settings. This is a handmade product and every item is unique so pattern placement may vary as well.

{5% rule}

By purchasing a {PCH} product, you are not only putting a smile on your little one’s face, you will put hope into other children’s hearts. I donate 5% from the sale of each {PCH} item to three children’s charities close to my heart: “To Love A Child” helping orphans in Haiti, "Jake's Help From Heaven" supporting individuals with multiple medical challenges and disabilities, and “St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital” fighting cancer and saving children’s lives every day.

{environmental statement}

During my creative process I try to minimize the waste of material. Every {PCH} item travels from my home to your hands in a polyethylene mailing bag – it is lightweight to save on shipping, water resistant to protect your blanket, and 100% recyclable to relieve the environment. To save a few trees and reduce our global footprint, I do not include a paper invoice when mailing my handmade items to you so please refer to your email confirmation to view your invoice details.
