This is a handcrafted sterling silver and turquoise ring . I textured the fine silver bezel using a tool that I repurposed from an old screwdriver shaft. The sterling silver that forms the rest of the ring was recycled from my scrap. The ring is just under a size 6.5.

The ring holds a cabochon of natural untreated turquoise from the Turquoise King Mine, near Battle Mountain, Nevada. The stone was cut by my husband John. It measures approximately 11 x 9 mm. It is a lovely shade of blue-green, and has a mirror polish and wonderful translucency.

The silver was lightly oxidized with liver of sulphur to bring out the texture, prior to polishing to a high luster.

The ring will arrive in a nice little velvet lined ring box. Thank you for looking!
