Each product is individually, we will execute your order in the identical technique, style and color, but a repeat 1 in 1 is not possible, because we are not a factory, so this is a part of the charm of handmade crafts... The beauty of handmade ceramics is that each product is individual. We are create each model of our items in the same style and color, but exact repeat is not possible.
100% copy is possible on the factory, but we are not a factory)

In this situation, we can resend the parcel if the customer will pay for shipping cost.
If this option doesn't suit the client, we should to deduct the shipping cost from the paid amount and return the difference to the client.
The situation is not pleasant, but for ourself we always do our best in manufacturing / packaging / shipping for our clients will be happy. If for some reason the client was unable to receive the parcel, this is not the store fault, and the delivery should be paid by the customer.
