This is a shabby little ceramic vase or planter for herbs, in the shape of a rolling pin. Great for your kitschy kitchen window - This has one long slot to plant your lemon thyme in. It is marked on the bottom, but barely visible. A nice piece of California pottery from the 1950's era. The blue forget-me-nots and leaves are hand-painted on both sides, also the handles.

This measures about 13 inches long by 21/4 inches high by 2 1/4 inches wide. The opening measures 5 1/2 inches by 1 inch.

The condition is good - there is a small chip under one of the handles - see photo - also a hairline coming from one corner of the opening. And a tiny pinhole in the glaze on the top. No other damage, cracks, chips, crazing, no residue or odors.
