Lovely windmill decor porcelain plate representing the still standing Pointe Claire wildmill overlooking Lake st. Louis, about 12 miles from Montreal. The plate is elegantly scalloped and has a 22 K gold brim.

A bit of history: it was built in 1709 by the Sulpicians, a Community of Diocesan Priests. There are only 18 windmills left in the Province of Quebec.

Should sending cost less than charged, difference will be reimbursed to buyer through PayPal.
