Handmade with care by the students of the Volta School for the Deaf and their mentors in Hohoe, Ghana. It is fashioned from strips of cotton batik fabric from West Africa, fully lined with a zippered pocket and velcro flap closure. The shoulder strap is reinforced and 40" long, ample length to wear on your shoulder or across your chest. The bag is 12" wide and 12" long. The sides and bottom are lightly padded. There is more than enough room in this bag to carry books, a kindle or even a laptop computer.
