I do not offer the money back I make the best efforts to satisfy you for every garment I sell. TIGHTS and shoes are not elegible for Returns or exchanges Shipping back the items is at customer's own expense.

Please note that the size measurements might have slight differences due to the cm into inches conversion. Anyways I always charge half of cm extra to solve the problem. Swinging Chicks is not responsible of the wrong measurements the costumer provides. If you dont know how to measure I can help you with that, so we make sure the dress will fit you perfectly. If you give me the wrong measurements I am not responsible for the fact that your dress does not fit properly. Please note that the color of each item might be slightly different than you see it on your monitor. I work with 100% polyester, we do not accept returns if the costumers do not read the description of items with the expecific fabrics I use.

Lost, stolen, undelivered shipment

I am not responsible for: - Incorrect address - Any time delay due to customs, weather, saturation, etc... Post office mistakes and failures are not my fault or a reflection on my level of dedication to my customers. The post office system sometimes makes mistakes resulting in lost or stolen packages. I will do my best to help out each customer to try and locate the package.

The timings are given as an estimation. Normally to make a dress is about 3 to 5 days, for special items with special request or different colors etc.. could be more. If you need a dress or item for a special ocassion you can add together with the product listing you need A RUSH ORDER https://www.etsy.com/listing/672976338/rush-order?ref=shop_home_active_1&frs=1 With this you will be on top of the list, so I can dispatch your order sooner! You can also have the 3 day option EXPEDITED DELIVERY WITH UPS Contact me if you have any doubts!

TARIFFS/DUTTIES+FREE SHIPPING + SHIPPING UPGRADE

I offer free shipping to orders to the USA as ETSY new policies required shops to do so...,we can offer costumers a better experience shopping. But of course "SELLERS" (me) still have to pay for shipping, since shipping is no profit for us I ship all my orders with UPS If there is a exchange because of sizing the costumer is responsible to pay for the "send it back shipping" We offer a credit FROM the shop, and no money back... If for some reason I have to refund you, the price of shipping will be deducted from the total order.

What I mean with quality problem

With quality problems I mean: stains, fabric has a hole, it's broken, buttons or zippers are broken..etc. All my garments are handmade, and I make them just for you when you order. I had some bad experiences with costumers who wanted to return an item they only bought for using on photoshoots, pictures on instagram, or they change their mind last minute..etc This is unaceptable I can have a mistake, I'm human, but all my items are made with care and love and I know exactly how they look when I ship them, since I take pictures of all the packages If you dont like an item, does not fit, this is not a quality problem, it is a change of opinion or a bad measurement problem. I will do my best to help you and solve it. Thanks

Custom and personalized orders

Aswell, when you order a white/ivory or pale color dress, be aware that the dress will need lining. Also with the lining some pieces are made in soft or thin fabrics. If you are not sure about the fabrics or particular colors ask me first. Kosibo for example is a crepé fabric, thin one, needs lining. If the dress is white it makes it extra see through. I do not offer refunds or exchanges because of color expectations... with this I mean: I expected the fabric to be more thick...or is too white... White is white. Please keep that on mind!
