vintage c. late 1930s-early 1940s
lovely cotton dress, possibly feedsack, in a novelty print of spring lambs and over-sized flowers
the colors are teal and white with black line work
caps sleeves, square neckline trimmed in white cotton eyelet lace
blousey bodice with slightly dropped structured waist band
long, full skirt (mid shin on me, not quite maxi-length) with soft pleats/gathers at waist band
brand/maker: home sewn

bust 44"
waist 28"
torso length from shoulder to top of waist band 18"
hips open
skirt length from bottom of waist band 30"

excellent vintage condition! strong seams, no tears, weak seams or stains to report. the button at the waist band was replaced by me. another button towards the bottom of the button placket was replaced by a previous owner. all buttons are still shell and period or close to it, so it's not blaringly obvious.

Thanks for stopping by the Trap!
