Please remember that antique and vintage items have been worn and loved, and most likely are not in "new" condition. As these are vintage pieces they are sold in As Is condition and all sales are considered Final.
We almost never clean items preferring to leave that to the owner. Many collectors do not want their items touched in any way. If you opt to clean your items, we recommend only using non-abrasive cleaners and luke-warm water, but that is ultimately your decision as the new owner.
Approximate measurements should be included in all item descriptions. Please make sure to review these dimensions thoroughly before purchasing.
Photos are considered to be part of the description. What may appear as normal, age appropriate wear to us may be significant to you. Please be aware that monitors vary and color variances can occur from monitor to monitor. If you would like additional photographs taken of an item, please convo us. We are happy to help and will usually be able to do so in a timely manner :)
Our general layaway policy is 40% down, the balance to be paid within 20 days (no refunds). All store coupons and discounts (unless automatic) are invalid if using layaway. If the item is of significant value, we are happy to work with you on the up-front percentage and/or payment time.
All packages are wrapped securely. Items are shipped in small boxes and bubble mailers and are protected from harm to the best of our ability.
We offer gift wrapping upon request. Fee for wrapping is $5.00. We are happy to offer complimentary wrapping services upon request for any item exceeding $100.
All orders include a 1-3 business day processing and handling time prior to shipment. If you need an item urgently, please express this in the "notes" section prior to checkout or send us a direct convo, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
If an item description proves to be substantially inaccurate (ie. broken, wrong item such as bracelet not necklace, wrong color such as blue not pink), we will gladly refund your purchase less shipping.
Should a refund be granted for a critical error on our part, the piece must be returned in the original condition and packaging sent, insured postmarked within 7 days after receiving... No Exceptions. Buyer responsible for all shipping costs.
No refunds for buyer's remorse. Should a buyer return an item for buyer's remorse, there will be a 25% Restocking Fee and the buyer will not be refunded shipping.
Items may always be returned in their original condition, packaging, and postmarked within 7 days of receiving for Store Credit.
