Custom and personalized orders

We receive custom orders for the items from the shop. Some listing are personalized (for example a letter on a basket) so please type your personalization to the order comments.

Gift wrapping and packaging

We ship in a standart wrapping and put every order in a carton box so it comes safe and nice to the buyer. The standart wrapping is a paper bag and ribbon bow with brand stickers and tag + thank you card if needed. The gift wrapping is a white box with tissuue paper, brand stickers and tag, may include gift card with your note, also has wide ribbon on top

Sizing details are specified in each product description. Please, note that 100% cotton t-shirt yarn, which is used for my products, is a natural material which solidity and elasticity may vary depending on the color and the batch. Therefore the dimensions of a product may differ from the size indicated in its description. This is also caused by the fact that all products are handmade and it is difficult to provide perfect accuracy. Average size deviation is 2 cm upward or downward.

What are the care instructions? Dry cleaning with a sticky roller is possible. If you have a heavy pollution it is allowed hand washing of the certain toys carefully with a baby soap. Don’t use washing machine!
