A neat antique (circa mid 1800s) toleware mail box. The mail box was hand made by a tinsmith and has 8 slots for holding mail divided into 3 sections. The front is marked "Post Office". Overall dimensions are 3 1/2" wide x 6 5/8" high and 4" deep. The Mail Box is in very good overall condition. It would be perfect in a country or primitive decor and is still perfectly functional even after 100+ years!
