Satsuma ceramic button, hand painted and fired front with an image of a man/warrior dressed in his fancy colourful armour on a gold background, cream body with ivory-white crackle glaze
I believe that he’s Bishamonten, one of the seven Gods of fortune and he’s in very good condition.
Satsuma buttons stopped being made in the 1960s
