We will deal with such orders on a case-to-case basis and may make an exception to our refund policy if we feel that it is warranted. In these situations, refunds will only be granted at our discretion.
DAMAGED ITEMS: If, in a rare instance, you receive an item that has been damaged in transit, please message us and include photos of the damaged item. We will work with you on a case-to-case basis to determine the best solution in the event that a damaged item is received.
EXCHANGES: Exchanges may be granted if there is an issue with the item (such as size) that can easily be resolved by swapping it. Custom items or items made to fit a custom size will not be exchangeable. The buyer is responsible to pay shipping fees when sending an item back for exchange, and we will pay the shipping when we send the new item to the buyer, meaning that we both absorb the cost. Exchanges must be made within 7 days of receiving the item.
If there is a problem with your item (i.e. damage, wrong size, etc.), please let us know before leaving feedback and we will work with you to resolve any issues.

We create custom hats and accessories for small to medium sized dogs with necks that measure 18" or less.
