Books which have been autographed to a specific individual(s) may not be returned for refund under any circumstances.

Book returns require that the book be in the same exact condition it was when you received it. This includes no scratches, no cracks, no rips or folds, or markings such as crayon or pencil, etc.

It is the buyers responsibility to ship the product back to us and a refund will be issued for just the product(s).

You may return any book, that has NOT been personalized, within 14 days for refund, please advise us via message before you ship an item back. Please include your reason and we will work with you on the issue as much as possible.

We ship promptly, so please choose books carefully and read everything so you are well informed before purchase. Otherwise we may not be able to cancel should you change your mind.

Books are fragile items, easily marred by enthusiastic children. We love that enthusiasm but that is why we have to limit what we will allow to be returned for refund. Should you ever return a book for which we cannot honor a refund - know that we will donate that copy to an appropriate charity, school, or child.
