This is a fat quarter of marbleized wool dyed by Karen Kahle, the creator of The Marbleized Wool Book and the technique of marbleizing wool.

This wool is a lavender-y gray with striations of olive and a bit of slate blue. On the other side of the wool is more slate blue colors. A versatile neutral, it is a deep but not dark value color and is softly dramatic with striations of color across the wool. I am always teaching about needing neutrals in your stash. Every design needs a helping of neutrals!

Perfect for rug hooking, quilting, embellishing or sewing, this 100% wool is felted and ready for your project.

The colors I create are the colors that I love to hook into my rugs. They all have a vintage, time-worn appearance.

Every piece is unique and each dye batch is different. If you order more than one, there will be variance from piece to piece. You can be sure that they all will look wonderful together in your creation.
