It's graceful, it's majestic, it's wonderful. It screams Art Deco--or perhaps it sighs Art Deco in an eloquent, husky whisper. A quintessential 1920s metal finial. Fine and regal. Very Erté. Also very Peacock-y. Nowhere near run-of-the-mill.
Okay, enough adjectives.
But it really is a lovely finial.
Minor unimportant age-related wear (see photos). No maker's name.
It's measures a generous 4 inches tall by 2 1/4 inches wide. It weighs almost 6 ounces, and that's a lot for a lamp finial.
Its threaded opening is 3/8 inch, the size that fits (usually) a floor lamp's harp or a really large lamp's harp. (For smaller lamps, adapters are readily available online or at a good lighting or hardware shop.)

Shoppers beyond the 48 contiguous US States, please convo me for a shipping price. Thank you.
