The item was really nice my only issue was getting the downloads printed. Many places like staples and Walgreens would not accept the format the download was sent in. I had to find a converter and convert the format in order to be able to print it. However, the quality and the design were very nice. Overall, I am happy with the purchase.

Prints are exactly what we wanted, just found it a little difficult to get them printed as they were unable to be saved as an image. But other than that, happy with the purchase
