This is a handcrafted lampwork bead with a silver core and silver end caps. There are blue eyes on the front and back side of this bead, on a base color of turquoise, or green. Perfect for warding off the evil eye!!

The silver core runs all the way through the bead, and the end caps are affixed to the core. The bead was made on a 3/32 mandrel, so with the lining the hole is about 1/8 inch. 2 of the photos show the bead on a 1 mm chain, with a 2mm clasp, that I slid the bead onto to take photos.. (The chain isn't part of the listing)

This bead measures 18 mm from the outside of the end caps, by 14 mm to the outside of the bumps that are the eyes.

This bead is perfect for either skilled jewelery makers, or for anyone who wants a ready to go eye to slide on a chain.

I have more of these beads that are listed singularly at this link: http://www.etsy.com/listing/95370862/mystic-eyes-handmade-lampwork-eyeball

These plain beads coordinate well with the Mystic Eyes: http://www.etsy.com/listing/95374330/go-withs-pair-of-handmade-lampwork-beads

I made this bead in my Georgia studio, and it was kiln annealed for strength and durability. I'm sorry, but I can't guarantee it will protect you from the evil eye:)

Thank you so much for looking.
