Waited over 2 months for my order.No protective packaging so a lot of my products arrived damaged.Oil leaked in the bag.Unreadable labels and some labels slid off. While looking through the bag my hands started burning.The skin dried out and peeled off,it was painful.I wasn't thinking of taking pictures.I was more worried about my wounds.I decided not to message the seller.I had a big order.I let my items dry,hands heal,counted and accessed the items I had.Apr9th the seller asked about my order and I explained it all to her.She acted like she was going to send me replacements then asked for pictures.I told her I didn't have any then she accused me of being a liar for free products.After trying to communicate with her more she said our business together was concluded.Feels like I have been scammed $300 and the seller is uncaring.

Ma'am, as I explained to you at the time of purchase: #1, You had a very large order and I communicated with you that it would take me more time. You said that was fine. #2,Everything was packed into a large box with PLENTY of packing material. #3, You didn't tell me that items were damaged until I contacted you. #4,PER ETSY, we are NOT responsible if an item arrives damaged. I DID offer to replace the bottles if you could show proof that they were ruined, as a COURTESY to you. You stated that you had thrown them away. You were quite nasty and talked about other sellers who had scammed you and hurt you. I did not make accusations. I'm very sorry about what happened with the order, but it's unfair to target a seller with a negative review because of what happened with the USPS delivery
