So sweet! I keep getting calls from customers wanting extra spoons to go with various pieces of my pottery like salt pigs, sugar bowls, salsa dishes, etc. So I glazed a bunch of these in some of my most popular colors: cobalt blue, peach, red, yellow, robin's egg blue, navy blue, green.

This listing is for ONE spoon in the color of your choice. If I have that color in stock, it'll go out immediately; if not or if you want a different glaze color, it will go out as soon as I complete my next glaze firing -- likely within a week.

These spoons are approximately 4" long and hold around a teaspoon of salt. I made them as durable as possible by reinforcing the bowl of the spoon and its handle with a decorative coil and button embellishment but I still would recommend hand washing since something this small can easily get crushed or bumped in the dishwasher. Please note that in order for the spoons to be glazed on all sides and not stick to the kiln shelf, they are placed on stilts so the back sides will have small dots where the spoon rested. You can see how that might look in the close up photo of the back of the spoon.

If you would like a little salt pig or salt cellar to match the spoon, look here: http://etsy.me/saltpigs

If you'd like a gift card enclosed with this item, leave me the wording in the notes to seller and I'll be sure to include it for you.

Frequently asked questions about BlueSkyPotteryCO

If I feel I can make something custom for you in a style, design and glaze that I have tested and perfected, I'm happy to consider custom and personalized orders. Please know that there is generally an added charge for this and it may take six weeks or more to complete.
Because all of my pottery is made one at a time, there will be variations in size, even when you purchase a set of two or more pieces. Generally these are maybe 1/4 to 1/2 inch in difference and a couple ounces in volume at times.
I use a very durable stoneware clay for my pottery, making it able to withstand continued, everyday use. Unless stated otherwise in the description, you can use my pottery in your oven, microwave and dishwasher.
It is very difficult to gift wrap your pottery since I need to make sure it has lots of bubblewrap and peanuts surrounding it so it arrives intact. However, I am very happy to tie a ribbon around the packing material and to include a hand written card with a message from you inside the box. Just leave me the wording in your Note to Seller at check out.
I do sell my work wholesale to gift shops and galleries. Please contact me for minimum order and pricing information. My phone is: 970-846-9349 and my email is deb@blueskypottery.com

I also have a watercolor shop here on etsy and would love to be represented by a gallery for that work. You can see it at: BlueSkyFineArt.etsy.com
