It has a forest green linen cover embossed with an anchor. On the spine in gold, “'O. Henry” “Whirligigs" embossed anchor in cameo "Authorized Edition Review of Reviews"

Book measures 7 5/8" (19.4 cm) x 5 1/8" (13.0 cm).

Considering the age of the book - almost 100 years old it is in very good condition. All pages are intact & sewn, attached to the binding and no tears. There is foxing on pages surrounding the illustration page. The cover & corners are in very good condition. The top and bottom of the spin is bent. It does have a slight musty smell and is now stored with baking soda & a sweetgrass sachet from etsian TrinitySoap.
